Celestia is a playground of luxury, miles above Earth, where the elite can experience the wonders of being in space. For those like Christophina, who do the menial work, it’s not so glamorous. To escape from her wearying life, she spends time in StarCity, a virtual world where she crafts wings for avatars and explores wonders that the real world can’t provide.
Her creations land her an invitation to a VIP party in Celestia, where she meets Ethan–handsome, charming, rich, famous, and with a British accent that Christophina can’t resist. She assumes he’s out of reach, but instead they fall into a relationship that’s a dream come true for her. With Ethan’s help, she takes her creativity to places it’s never been before.
But dreams have to be woken up from eventually. Ethan is only on Celestia for a little while, and when he goes back to Earth, Christophina won’t be able to follow. Can she go back to her mundane existence just as she’s learning to spread her wings?
